The room barely met expectations
The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Vatican, great to explore the area conveniently. The staff were friendly and tried to accommodate our requests.
Unfortunately, the room was poorly maintained-there were issues with the air conditioning and cleanliness, and we received very few amenities, making our stay quite uncomfortable.

We were in Rome for 3 days, had enjoyable stay, the hotel was immaculately clean with perfect location very close to the metro. Enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and its excellent cuisine. The vibe here was quiet.

I almost wanted to give this place a glowing review, but the peeling orange plastic in the shower, and moldy bathroom ruined that. There was a distinct lack of any blankets for a cozy night, too. Surprisingly, no one offered us a free upgrade or even a complimentary breakfast! A true disappointment for a supposed luxury stay.

Location to the key sites and metro stations, better neighbourhood than termini area and good shops both food and cloths around about.
Rooms were really loud from outside noise, not just from the cobbled streets but from the car engines as they drove past so much that even the TV in the room at full volume did not deaden out the sound. The hotel supply earplugs as standard and when we spoke to the manager she said they know about the problem! The breakfast was really bad, coffee was not good coffee, burnt taste and they don’t always change the grounds for espresso. The selection was very poor, one cheese one meat (both processed) sweet pastries were only ever about 3 on the plate, but topped up with fresh for Italian couples, no fresh fruit, and no real selection of cereals. The morning staff serving breakfast were rude Water was never hotter than warm, and there was a poor quality finish to the room, they were clean but shabby and poor quality finish to the decoration.

The bedding is very good and the hotel is very clean. The reception staff is at your service, very attentive and does not hesitate to give you good advice (restaurants, places to visit, location of the shuttle to the airport...)
Breakfast is not very qualitative, and the person in charge of breakfast is quite unpleasant. She did not even make the effort to speak English to understand our demands (lack of food and dishes, among other things). She was not smiling and annoyed by foreign tourists, which, from the morning, disturbs our holiday tranquillity. In addition, we had chosen a junior suite room, located at the corner of two streets, and without double glazing. The noise was intense, but the receptionist understood it very well and immediately moved us to another room with a lot of kindness and patience.

The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms although tiny compared to North American standards are functional and the design is cool. Being a "green" hotel it lacks in the usual accoutrements like shampoo and bar soap and instead uses dispensers in the wall which are fine but if your fussy bring your own shampoo etc. The location is excellent for getting around Rome you are yards from the Vatican and all it's sites as well as a short 15 minute walk to the heart of all the shopping and other sites on the other side of the river. If you need a cab, bus or metro it is a 2 minute walk. The room top deck is perfect for morning or afternoon coffee and snacks.
As I said the rooms were tiny but thats par for the course in downtown european hotels from my experience. We only used to sleep and shower. If you want luxury (and a bath) move on. Internet access is okay and I hate being charged for wifi access has to be the biggest hotel markup next to the minibar. Hotel is in a busy area so it is noisy but that's not unexpected in an urban environment.

The location was good, just a short walk to historical places.
My experience was disappointing. The room was inadequate, with a malfunctioning drainage system and constant noise from outside. I found the sheets to be dirty, and there was a lack of basic amenities that should be standard in a better rated hotel.

The location is not too bad, close to the vatican and some nice places to eat! Rooms were kinda comfy but could use some updating. The staff were friendly enough and let us check in early. It was great to have a base for exploring the city after long days. The stay was okay for what we needed!
But the room was quite dated and not very clean. We had issues with the internet working poorly.

Very complicated to find the entrance and parking. You have to carry all laggages without help up and down. Not good maintenance. Good location. Realy expencive for that service. No lunch packet for early departures not even a coffee or tea.

very close to Vatican City (5 min by foot), nice and modern design.
not enough space in the wardrobe; the street noise could be easily heard in the room.
